User-Generated Content (UGC) Terms

These User-Generated Content (“UGC”) Terms are Additional Terms under the LegendEra™ Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) and are incorporated into and made part of those Terms of Service.
These UGC Terms apply when you voluntarily submit or intentionally share content with LegendEra™ Baseball (“LegendEra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for potential use by LegendEra.
1. What Is UGC?
“UGC” means any content you voluntarily submit or intentionally share with LegendEra™ for potential use, including photographs, videos, stories, written content, artwork, designs, ideas, suggestions, comments, or other creative content.
UGC may be submitted through our website, email, Instagram, Facebook, direct messages, social media tags or mentions, or other channels through which you communicate with LegendEra™.
2. Permission to Use Your Content
By intentionally submitting UGC to LegendEra™ for potential use, you grant LegendEra™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the UGC in connection with LegendEra™.
This license includes the right to use UGC in product listings, on our website, social media, marketing materials, advertising, promotional materials, email communications, and other current or future media, platforms, or formats.
We may crop, resize, edit, adapt, or otherwise modify UGC as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
You retain ownership of your UGC. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to LegendEra™.
3. No Compensation or Guaranteed Use
UGC is submitted voluntarily. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, you understand that you will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for our use of your UGC.
LegendEra™ is not obligated to use, publish, repost, or otherwise display any UGC you submit.
If we use your UGC, we may provide attribution when appropriate, but attribution is not guaranteed.
4. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content
By submitting UGC, you represent that:
- You own the content or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it and grant the license described in these UGC Terms.
- Your submission does not knowingly infringe or violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- You have obtained any permissions necessary from people who appear in the content.
- If the content features a minor, you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or you have obtained the necessary permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian to submit the content and grant the rights described in these UGC Terms.
- Your submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or intentionally misleading material.
5. Social Media Tags and Mentions
Tagging or mentioning LegendEra™ on social media does not by itself guarantee that LegendEra™ will use the content.
If LegendEra™ asks for permission to use content that you have tagged, mentioned, posted, or otherwise shared with us, your affirmative response or intentional submission of that content for potential use may constitute your agreement to these UGC Terms.
6. Ideas and Suggestions
We appreciate ideas and suggestions shared with LegendEra™.
Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, ideas, suggestions, concepts, or other feedback voluntarily submitted to LegendEra™ may be used by LegendEra™ without compensation or attribution.
To the extent any rights in such feedback are not already addressed by the Feedback provision in our Terms of Service, you grant LegendEra™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, develop, and otherwise use that feedback for any lawful business purpose.
Submitting an idea or suggestion does not create an obligation for LegendEra™ to use it or to keep it confidential.
7. Non-Exclusive License
The license granted under these UGC Terms is non-exclusive. You remain free to use your UGC yourself and to grant other people or businesses permission to use it.
8. If You Do Not Want Your Content Used
If you do not want LegendEra™ to have permission to use your content, please do not intentionally submit it to us for potential use or affirmatively give us permission to use it.
If you previously gave permission and want to request that LegendEra™ stop using your UGC going forward, you may contact us at Team@thelegendera.com.
We will consider reasonable requests to stop future use. However, removal may not be possible from materials that have already been printed, distributed, published, shared, archived, or otherwise incorporated into materials created before your request.
9. Our Right to Decline or Remove Content
LegendEra™ may, but is not required to, review, decline, remove, or discontinue use of any UGC for any reason.
Submitting UGC does not guarantee that it will be published, reposted, displayed, or used by LegendEra™.
10. Relationship to the Terms of Service
These UGC Terms are Additional Terms under the LegendEra™ Terms of Service.
Except as specifically addressed by these UGC Terms, the Terms of Service continue to apply. If there is a conflict between these UGC Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless these UGC Terms expressly state otherwise.
11. Changes to These UGC Terms
LegendEra™ may update these UGC Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on the Service. By intentionally submitting UGC for potential use after an updated version is posted, you agree to the updated UGC Terms.
